Upstream:
This stage focuses on the exploration and production phase, where drilling and extraction activities are carried out to access underground or underwater hydrocarbon reserves.
Midstream:
In this phase, the extracted raw hydrocarbons are transported to processing facilities or export terminals via pipelines, ships, or other transportation methods.
Downstream:
This final stage involves refining crude oil and natural gas into finished products such as gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, and other petrochemicals, ready for distribution to end consumers.
