The development and construction of the facility requires processors to generate electricity from heat energy. The components are as follows:

Piping:
Heat sources such as steam, water, or thermal oil are delivered through an integrated piping system to support efficient electricity generation. Our expertise in piping system design ensures precise and optimized layouts that minimize pressure loss and facilitate easy access for maintenance, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Electrical Equipment & Instrument Control System:
Electrical and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) equipment are critical systems for monitoring and controlling various stages of the industrial process. They ensure seamless integration across all subsystems while enhancing operational safety, energy efficiency, and overall system reliability.

Firefighting System:
A vital component of the plant’s safety infrastructure, the firefighting system is designed to address a wide range of fire hazards within the facility. In addition to effective fire suppression methods, early detection and alarm systems play a critical role in initiating a prompt response, significantly reducing potential fire damage and ensuring personnel safety.

Heat Exchanger:
Heat exchangers play a critical role in transferring heat between fluids through processes such as condensation and preheating. By recovering waste heat, they contribute to improved energy efficiency and help reduce overall operational costs.
